Our team of project managers oversees each step of your project ensuring a smooth process from permits to installation. They want nothing more than to know your project is made to the highest standards and will reflect well not only on you but on our team as well.
We compile the information needed to submit drawings for permits, check that colors and designs being used match the customers brand, ensure that the right processes are being followed during the fabrication of your project, and coordinate with you and others to make sure that your project will be installed on time and on budget.
Adwave Signs warrants that all manufactured products will be free from defective materials for a period of (3) years from the final date of installation unless otherwise specified.
This warranty shall extend to all parts and labor costs during the three-year term. This warranty does not include damages due to acts of God, vandalism, negligence, or improper use. All warranty issues must be sent to Adwave Signs in writing, for review, and can only be processed through Adwave Signs service department.
All warranty repairs must have prior written approval by an authorized Adwave Signs employee. Failure to do so will void any applicable warranty.
